Mautone is a private hospital that hired us for the development of a Customer Support Chatbot. They wanted to give their customers a better experience while, making the communication with the hospital easier, without having go in or even call.
This chatbot comes into play when a user enters their website, or to their Facebook page to search for valuable information. It gives the customer the advantage of being able to schedule an appointment with a doctor and consult for remedies. We also added quick pay option for users, customer can view pricing, and then the system allows them pay for those services directly, as well as ask any other question related to their services.
