A service dedicated to recieve and keep online purchases until the buyer is able to have them.
With the aim of attracting more customers and increasing costumer loyalty, they hired us to redesign their communication strategy. We worked with them on their management of their social networks, weekly contents and campaigns development, and a mailing strategy. As the company works with different countries in Latin America, we worked by segmenting campaigns, differentiating the Spanish-speaking audience and with the Portuguese-speaking customers as well.
We wanted to get rid of the previous esthetic and give it a renewal, with a more professional and better design, so we create a new esthetic to generate more engagement and transmit more confidence.
